 Our holistic training includes a four-day workshop covering financial and emotional management, workplace etiquette, and meditation. We also offer two additional days of specialized training based on the specific job requirements. 

 We conduct thorough background checks for all candidates, and both employers and employees sign agreements to ensure safety and mutual respect. Additionally, our interviews help assess the candidate’s suitability for the job. 

We offer:

• Medical assistance with access to a specific doctor.
• Free therapy services, so employers don’t have to take on a counseling role.
• A reasonable monetary gift after six months of demonstrated integrity.

We offer one free replacement if the employee leaves within 6 months, ensuring you’re not left without support. In case we don't have replacement available we return the commission minus the service fee.  

 There are several reasons:

 The base salary for unskilled labor working 8 hours a day starts at Rs. 32,000 and for the live in staff starts at Rs 47,000. Salaries are adjusted based on the specific job duties and working hours. 

 Our after-hire services include three employee trainings tailored to specific needs requested by the employer, one communication development session, transparency about the employee’s background, and conflict management support.
