We provide structured and comprehensive training programs for domestic staff and nannies with the goal of building their confidence, competence, and dignity at work. Our training holds space for variety of skills development from table setting to cleaning in proper manner and for nannies to making snack box to connect with young ones.
The trainings are build with the acknowledgement of common gap between employers and employees— in households where both parties may come from vastly different socio-economic backgrounds and struggles to build a respectful, healthy working relationships.
Workshop for operational & support staff
Every individual deserves access to tools for personal growth—regardless of their role.At Soulful Footing, we’ve created a 2-3 day self-growth workshop specifically for support staff such as office assistants, cleaning teams, and peons. These individuals are often expected to perform and evolve without ever being taught how to understand themselves or manage life beyond work.
